Spring Break

This past week was our Spring Break. I took Dean and my oldest niece to Illinois to visit Dean's dads side of the family this past weekend. We had a really nice trip. We got to visit Deans grandpa Tom at his work for a little while, then we went over to the cemetery and put yellow roses on Shawn's grave. As it always does, it poured down rain while we were there!Friday night, we had dinner with Grandpa Tom, Uncle Glen, Aunt Julie and their adorable daughter MJ. We went back to our hotel and proceeded to have a belated birthday/Christmas gift exchange.
Saturday we took a train trip( The kids and my first time on a train) to Chicago and went to the Field Museum. Spent about 4 hours at the museum and had an amazing time!
We got home late Sunday afternoon, The visit was not nearly long enough and I can not wait to see them all again.
