I am sorry I have been missing. I was told that I have been missed. Honestly until I got that message I really hadn't realized how long it had been since I had posted. So to my loyal and faithful readers, I apologize.
Things here have been..... well.....cold and snowy and icy! and there seems to be no end in sight. I have not worked a full work week since 2 weeks before Christmas. Since then we have had many 2-hour delays( which means I don't work); or no school at all due to snow and/or ice; or Dean or myself have been sick (which means I don't work). I seem to be averaging about 2-3 days a week. This week being the exception and my only working on Monday! When you only work 4 hours and 45 minutes a day, working only 2 day out of the week makes paychecks barely worth even taking to the bank!

Ahhh, Elisha, welcome back. :)
Sorry to hear your working hours have been so few. I guess some people don't mind if they have sick days and snow days built into their contract, but when you don't I am sure it makes a huge difference to you. Kasey missed a couple of days this week too - school closed because of the cccold temps.
Hoping that you and Dean are all better now and that the cold, snowy days are behind you.
I like your new name - Proud Mommy of Dean says EXACTLY who you are. He is sooo blessed to have you for his mom.
Hugs and love,
Sue
Hi Elisha - good to see you back! :)
So sorry to hear about your days missed and that you and Dean have been sick.
I can imagine how much it hurts to have small paychecks - to not have snow days or sick days as part of your employment must be so difficult. Kasey missed a couple of days this week because of such low temps and wind chills - not much snow but really COLD.
I do like your new blogging name - shows exactly who you are - Proud mommy of Dean!
