Full Freezer

We picked my deer up from the meat processor today. We now have 42 lbs of burger, 10 pounds of summer sausage and about 20 pounds of steak in the freezer.

We took the head to the taxidermist this afternoon. I will get him back in 8 months. Seems like it takes forever but thats ok.

In January we will get a side of pork and that should just about do us for meat for quite some time.

We have deer in our freezer. Nothing is better than deer chili. I like the sausage too....no fat.
