Flu

Well, Dean came home from school yesterday running a fever. Took him to the doctor and he tested positive for the Flu. Been running a fever since yesterday at about 11:00am. Not super high but still running a fever. HE is on meds now and the doctor has me on preventative meds. Will make for a long weekend I am sure.

Yesterday was such a wonderful day other than Dean being sick. The weather was beautiful. 60* outside and sunny. We were able to get several outdoor tasks accomplished. Built a new flower bed (didn't plant anything but got the edging all done and ready for plants). We even got the yard prepped and seeded with grass seed. it rained over night. Hopefully we will have grass peaking out of the ground before too long. We also planted 6 pine trees out on the back of the property. It actually felt like spring.

I was outside so much yesterday that I woke up this morning with my cheeks and nose being rosy from being out in the sun.
